Billing questions
How seats, invoices and changes work.
What counts as a seat?
Anyone who signs in during a billing month. People who only open shared links don't count, and members you deactivate stop counting the day you remove them.
Can we add seats in the middle of a yearly plan?
Yes. New seats are prorated to the end of your term and appear on the next monthly statement. Removing seats takes effect at renewal.
What happens when the trial ends?
The workspace switches to Starter and keeps every row of data. Nothing is charged until you add a card and pick a plan, and you can do that from the billing screen at any time.
Do you take purchase orders?
On Scale and Enterprise, yes. We invoice with net 30 terms and accept bank transfer in USD or EUR. Add your PO number in billing settings and it prints on every invoice.
Can we get a refund?
Monthly plans can cancel any time and stop at the end of the month. Yearly plans cancelled within 30 days of purchase get a full refund; after that, the plan runs to the end of the term.
Is there a discount for nonprofits or early-stage companies?
Registered nonprofits get 50% off Team and Scale. Companies under $1M in annual revenue get Team at half price for the first year. Ask us with your details.
